Favoring a plant-based diet implies an assumed choice of promoting local, seasonal production without the use of pesticides or chemically modified elements.
We are conducting a policy of reducing our waste by making the best use of it and by installing a vermicomposteur, the rendering of which is distributed to neighbors as a fertilizer in their gardens, or to the Green Ixelles association.
For all these reasons we have obtained the GoodFood label awarded by Brussels Environment.
